2nd Silver Paw tag we've purchased. Now both dogs have one. We have a husky escape artist and when he makes his way out he takes our German Shepherd with him. A good tag with contact info is essential. Lots of character space; we put dog name, street address and 2 phone numbers on ours. These are heavy weight (no way they can be bent by the dog like other tags) and well engraved. Very happy with these tags and have already recommended to 2 others online who were searching for lost huskies. We did have to use a larger S hook to attach to their tactipup collars.
Heavy duty and attractive dog tag the writing is extremely legible, will work well with my roughand tumble lab mutt❤️

Our large Squirrel stainless steel dog ID tag is durable, classy, finely crafted, and made from the highest and best quality materials. This unique dog tag is cast from yacht grade duplex 2205 stainless steel at a foundry here in Maine. The duplex 2205 stainless steel alloy we use is unsurpassed for its durable hardness and non-corrosive properties. The alloy is 100% rust-proof (even in salt water). The best of the best, this quality alloy is also scratch resistant, chew proof and will not ever shrivel, bend, blacken, become dull, or wear through at the loop. At 1 1/2″ in diameter, the pet id tags are also thick, measuring the whopping equivalent of two quarters stacked together. A very thick, durable loop insures the pet id tags will not wear through, fall off, or be lost.

FRONT & BACK
The front of the large stainless steel Squirrel ID tag has a cute raised graphic of a squirrel! This highly polished squirrel stands proudly above a recessed matte stainless steel surface to give the tag a real jewelry like, two toned appearance that is truly unique. The matte surface stays matte because it is recessed. The back of the tag holds your engraving on its polished surface.
ENGRAVING
Engraving quality is just as important as the tag design and material itself. The large stainless steel Squirrel ID tag boasts 5 lines of engraving which includes 17 characters per line. A pulsed fiber laser is used to deeply vaporize metal from the lines being engraved. The laser process leaves a very crisp, well defined, blackened line behind which is really optimal for readability. A lifetime guarantee accompanies all of our tags and that includes engraving as well as the tag.
Also, if for some reason, you ever need to change the information on the back of your tag, we can regrind, polish, and engrave the tag all over again. There is a charge for this service but it insures that you will never have to truly replace your tag.
